Installation and commissioning

1. Before using the new machine, open the upper cover to check the distance between the moving and fixed knives. The gap between the moving and fixed knives is 0.2mm-0.3mm.

2. Check whether the screws in each part are loose.

3. The main engine pulley and the power pulley must be on the same plane. After the belt is installed, the tightness adjustment must be moderate, not too loose or too tight.

4. Rotate the belt pulley by hand before starting the machine. There should be no friction or rubbing during the rotation. Check the direction of rotation before starting the production normally.

Precautions for operation of shredder

1. For every one to two shifts, grease should be injected into the oil line of the bearing cap once.

2. It is best for the operator to stand sideways and not to enter one-half of the feeding port with hands to prevent weeds from getting entangled with hands.

3. No metal, sand and stone are allowed to enter.

4. Regardless of any malfunctions, do not enter the machine until the machine is stable, otherwise you will be responsible for all the consequences (you should turn off the machine before checking).

5. It is strictly prohibited for people with long hair without a hat, those with inflexible feet and hands, those with brain disorders, minors and drunken people to operate this machine.

6. Forcibly feeding by hand is strictly prohibited.
